Unconditional Warranty
We strive to make it so easy for you to do business with us. If there is a product failure due to a manufacturers defect, we’ll ship you a new reducer (you must pay the outbound freight). There is no hassle in that we do not require that you return the unit for evaluation. Simply take a picture of the failure, send us a description of the issue and application specifics, and return to us only the reducer name plate so that we know the unit has been taken out of service. If we see that the failure was caused by the mis-application, we will suggest an alternate gearbox to prevent failure recurrence.
We modeled our Original Shaft Mount Reducer (SMR) after the popular TXT reducer series. The Original SMR mounts directly to the driven shaft and is available and in stock with supporting accessories that allow it to perform in a variety of environments and applications. This shaft mount reducer, available in output bore sizes ranging from 1-15/16” to 5-7/16” in both 15:1 and 25:1 ratios, includes a torque arm and a 2-year warranty.

We also provide lightweight aluminum series (ALM) right angle worm gear reducers that won’t compromise torque availability for applications requiring metric center distances and greater resistance to corrosion. NEW – we now offer stainless steel (SSHdR) series right angle worm gear in flange input – hollow bore output designs.
